Ricky Williams stated that the NFL "doesn't care" if players smoke marijuana. Does he not remember his past? Is it possible that the man who Ditka traded his whole draft for, has smoked so much pot, that he forgot the four times he was fined/suspended for weed? #34 sat out the whole season in 2006 due to pot. He failed 3 prior drug tests before that one too. Poor Ricky.
